These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CallSynergy.AI platform, including our AI-powered voice receptionist and SMS/text messaging services (collectively, the “Service”). By calling or sending a text message to any phone number powered by CallSynergy.AI, or by using our website at callsynergy.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CallSynergy.AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service that responds to inbound phone calls and text messages on behalf of home service businesses and other organizations. When you call or text a number powered by our Service, you will interact with an automated AI system designed to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or customer service request
  • Collect relevant details (name, address, issue description)
  • Facilitate appointment scheduling and callback requests
  • Handle emergency triage and dispatch notifications
  • Relay your request to the appropriate business staff

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

The following terms apply specifically to the SMS/text messaging portion of our Service. By sending a text message to any CallSynergy.AI-powered phone number, you expressly agree to the following:

3.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By texting a CallSynergy.AI-powered number, you consent to receive automated SMS responses from CallSynergy.AI related to your inquiry, demo request, appointment request, callback request, or customer service interaction. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3.2 Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of text messages:

  • Automated conversational responses to your inquiries
  • Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
  • Callback confirmations and follow-up notifications
  • Service request acknowledgements
  • Emergency triage responses
  • Demo interaction responses

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to your interaction with the Service.

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. You will only receive messages in direct response to texts you initiate. A typical interaction may involve 3–10 messages. You will not receive unsolicited messages.

3.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages you send to or receive from CallSynergy.AI. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan. CallSynergy.AI is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

3.5 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages:

  • Reply STOP to any message from a CallSynergy.AI-powered number. You will receive a single confirmation message stating you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you initiate a new conversation.
  • You may also opt out by emailing us at [email protected] with your phone number and a request to opt out.

3.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.8 Mobile Number Privacy

We will never sell, rent, share, or trade your mobile phone number or the information collected via SMS with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. 4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Send abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information
  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages to our numbers

5. AI-Generated Responses

You acknowledge that all voice and text responses are generated by an artificial intelligence system and not by a human. While our AI is designed to be helpful and accurate, it may occasionally provide incomplete or incorrect information. CallSynergy.AI and the businesses using our platform are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

6. Emergency Disclaimer

In case of a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency services directly. While our Service includes emergency triage capabilities, it is not a substitute for professional emergency services. Do not rely solely on this Service for emergency situations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CallSynergy.AI does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • AI-generated responses will be completely accurate or appropriate in all situations
  • Messages will be delivered successfully (delivery depends on carrier networks)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallSynergy.AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your mobile phone number. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
